SKF has extended its trusted, industry-proven LGNL 2 lithium‑free bearing grease portfolio with a solution designed to perform alongside established EP greases both within and beyond the SKF range.
“Customers have long asked for lubricators with EP 2 grease and this product line expansion now enables us to provide a lithium‑free solution that performs every bit as well, delivering the same high performance without compromise,” affirms Eddie Martens, SKF Product Manager- MaPro.
With the new additions covering two 125 ml automatic lubricator formats, the LAGD 125/NL2 lubricator and the LGNL 2/SD125 refill, SKF LGNL 2 bearing grease is now available in these options, complementing the established 400 g, 5 kg, 18 kg and 180 kg pack sizes.
LGNL 2, successfully introduced in 2023, was developed by SKF to unite the strengths of two grease technologies, delivering the water resistance and mechanical stability long associated with lithium greases, while unlocking the economic advantages of a calcium‑based thickener.
The expansion of SKF’s lithium‑free bearing grease portfolio gives customers more ways to benefit from this solution in everyday lubrication applications, while underscoring the company’s customer‑centric focus and reaffirming its commitment to innovation. By providing premium‑quality, reliable and practical high‑performance solutions, SKF continues to meet evolving customer needs without compromise. /Ends/
