The company introduced its latest innovations, including the redesigned SY235 excavator, its first-ever compact track loader (CTL), and a new machine control platform.

First Compact Track Loader Enters the Lineup

One of the biggest highlights was the debut of SANY’s first compact track loader, the ST230V.

Powered by a 73-horsepower Yanmar engine and weighing 10,318 pounds, the machine is designed for easy transport using a standard truck and trailer. It also features:

A flip-up entry door for convenience
A comfortable, operator-focused cab
Practical design for versatility on job sites

This launch marks SANY’s entry into the compact equipment segment, broadening its product offering.

SY235 Excavator: A Ground-Up Redesign

Visitors also got a close look at the new SY235H excavator, which replaces the previous SY225 model.

According to Adam Francis, while the new model shares similarities with its predecessor, it has been completely redesigned.

Key upgrades include:

A new undercarriage
A taller, more robust body design
An improved, more adjustable cab
A modern touchscreen display
Enhanced cooling performance

Despite the redesign, the excavator retains familiar components, making maintenance easier for operators.

Smart Machine Control Technology

SANY also introduced its new “Route Pilot” machine control system, designed to improve efficiency and precision on site.

The platform allows operators to upgrade from 2D to 3D control systems quickly, offering greater flexibility and improved accuracy for construction projects.

Expanding Innovation in Heavy Equipment

With these new launches, Sany America is demonstrating its commitment to innovation, combining practical machine design with advanced technology.

The company’s presence at CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2026 highlights its growing role in the global construction equipment industry and its focus on delivering efficient, user-friendly solutions for contractors.
